eat it raw with BBQ sauce

What is a bagpipe??

PIPING HOT HAGGIS STEW.

Serve with fried violins and mashed piano keys.

Hmm...Bagpipes hey? Which type the long piped ones with the tartan sack or the short pipe with a plain leather bag? It really depends because obviously it would affect the recipe quantities.

maybe you could try it with porridge or haggis or cocke-a-leekie soup or some herring in oatmeal

soak in blarney
cook over med heat in a big stock pot
add taters and cabbage and cook till done

serve with leprechaun turn overs

enjoy
