Can I freeze fresh bamboo shoot tips?!

Question: Bought too many

Answers: Bought too many

Since I live in China, I'll tell you.

You can freeze bamboo only if you dump it into freezing water and then proceed to ice the water. You can't (From my experience) actually turn the bamboo into an ice form.

Seaweed can be frozen by leaving it in the freezer.

Tofu can be frozen but will become brittle.

Yes, Not sure, and yes!

I don't know about if you can freeze it but that stuff sounds nasty. Invite some friends over that are like human garbage disposals and like that stuff and have them eat it for you. They'll thank you for the meal and you can get rid of the extras.

Uncertain on fresh bamboo...never worked with it.

Tofu, NO. The texture will mutate!

Nori, not necessary; just keep it airtight and out of the light.

yes, just like everything else not so good after a while
freezer burn

tofu, I am sure you can freeze it too but never heard of it. it's so cheap I don't understand why anybody wants to freeze it

dried seaweed, you can either freeze it or just leave it in dry place
