Greek/cypriot dish?!


Question: when on holiday in cyprus my boyfriend had this greek meal I cant remember what it was called but it was pork i a red wine sauce anyone know the name of what it could be (it was a traditional greek style place)

Afelia is a pure Cypriot recipe , it has pork and coriander seeds in it , kokinisto has tomatoes, wine, usually beef but nothing stops one to use pork in it,

its called kapamas.

It was most likely Afelia , pork shoulder stewed in red wine with coarsely crushed coriander seeds
