Tapioca is from a root, not from Wheat grains.

You might be interested in Mung Bean Vermicelli, a type of noodle that can be used for stiry-fries and soups. Since it is from beans, it has no wheat.

tapioca is the right word and yes its wheat free and semolina isnt

tapioca is made from cassava root (a starch), it's wheat free
