You know at the Walmart they sell Taco Bell products.
All you do with what you have is warm up your tortilla, spread some warm re-fried beans, add sour cream, cheese, lettuce and maybe some salsa and you have your self a burrito!!!
It will taste better then Taco Bell if you make the beans your self. Just a thought...

fill a taco shell with sick rotten floor scrapings and theres your taco bell quality.

make it gross lol
idk

BEAN BURRITO

Ingredients
2 tsp chopped parsley
2 tsp chopped onions
4 tsp chopped cucumbers (peeled if waxed)
4 tsp chopped tomatoes
2 non-fat corn tortillas or non-fat f, lour tortillas
4 tbsp non-fat refried beans
2 tbsp mild or spicy prepared salsa
1 oz non-fat cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp non-fat sour cream

Directions

Combine the parsley, onions, cucumbers and tomatoes. Lay tortillas
flat on work surface. Place half the beans in the center of each
tortilla. Top each with half the vegetable mixture.

Then, working with one tortilla at a time, fold in 2 sides over
filling and roll from bottom to the top. Place, seam-side down, in a
baking dish and top with salsa and cheese. Heat for 15 minutes in a
350 degree oven. Serve topped with sour cream.

Makes 2 servings.

Serve this as a dip with no-fat chips. Can also be used to top a baked
potato.

cosmic angel

just make sure you start filling not at the very edge,in the middl and not at the bottom.when you are ready fold the "down" part-maybe 1 inch from the bottom- to prevent the fillings from spilling and then roll it.yum!that is what i will eat for dinner!!!

I would fry a little onion and jalapeno till soft then add the beans and cook until hot. Heat the tortilla in a clean pan or a tortilla pan, not in microwave they dont taste the same. And spread the beans in the tortilla sprinkle cheese, salsa, lettuce and sour cream and fold it into your burrito! Yummy!!!
