Yes..tastes good. If you're thinking of cooking one at home, you can add a variation of veges like shredded cabbage, bean sprout and spring onions. Tapioca starch to make it chewy instead of cornstarch which could make it tough. Make sure the oysters are fresh.
great dish
I've never tried it, but I might
We don't call it that in Manila, but there is an oyster omelet that has bean sprouts, cilantro and green onions, the eggs stirred with some corn starch so that the oyster omelet has a crusty underside and a soft, oysterry center.
OH YES. They are really very good n tasty
You lie! There is no sea food here that resembles being edible! Send all the recipes, but the seafood here is tastes like mud!!!!! You are crazy and have never eaten seafood in Taiwan.
No, but I want to try them. Hey, it says top contributor by your name. I am impressed.
First time was here in the SF Bay Area. It was great. Then I tried it when I went on vacation in Taiwan. Even better. The oysters there have a really great flavor.
Yes, I have tried it before.
I also like the Chao Zhou style of oyster omelette, it is yummy too.
