Question: Fried Tofu with Bean Sprouts

Fry Tofu then cut into cubes. Saute garlic, onion, tomatoes, carrots, string beans and bean sprout. Add some oyster sauce and pepper. When the vegetables are cooked, put the fried tofu on top if it and eat it with rice.

Just add tofu to any stir fried dish you prepare.

Tofu is soooo healthy.

Cut into cubes, drop in any soup.

Cut into cubes, stirfry with meats and vegies.

Fry whole, slice, marinate in soy sauce, garlic and vinegar (a Philippine recipe).

You can try recipe, steamed beancurd with whitebait to be eaten with rice
