Enchiladas, I actually had some homemade last night... They were so delicious.. fried up beef and sauce wrapped in soft tortillas cover with salsa, cheese, peppers and black olive... MMmmmm!!! bake in oven. Pull them out and serve with more cheese and sour cream...
If it's a corn tortilla and it has been also fried it's called flatus

If they are corn tortillas it's a taco. If they are flour tortillas, it's a burrito. Taco Bell tacos do not resemble anything in real mexican cooking.
