Answers: what is your favorite kimchi and what is it made of

I love kimche and it's supposed to be very healthy. There are many types of kimche. The most common is made with cabbage. However, I personally like cucumber kimche the best.

I like Korean kimchee.

I love it. My favorite is made with nappa cabbage, though i make my own with green cabbage now and then.

i love kimchee made with cabbage. it's so flavorful, although it kind of stinks.

try adding some kimchee to chicken broth and simmer over medium-high heat for a couple minutes to make a yummy soup. add shredded chicken and/or noodles to make a meal out of it. it's so easy and makes a tasty, spicy and healthy soup.

I love it made with cabbage!

LUV both, yes...

I LOVE kimchee, especially the cucumber style....but I like the cabbage kimchee as well.

love it. There are literally hundreds of kinds of kimchee- some made of squid, others made of rice starch jelly, others that are knockoffs of potato or macaroni salad, and my favourite (after the cabbage of course) is the sweet lotus root slices. The red bean one is good too.

cabbage , yummy

kimchee is usually made with napa. i can't read korean so i buy the kind that have least jars on the shelf (ppl buy that brand because it's popular no?)

never heard of it , sorry...........

Melbourne, Australia:
Radish or Cabbage with LOTS of chilli.

ME!!!! (Hands waving in air frantically). I like small radish kim Chee and cucumber kim chee as well. It is best with the shrimp paste for added flavor.

I like it too. I've made my own ***** before, with chinese cabbage. But oh boy, does it stink while it's fermenting. :)
