While good sushi takeaways will monitor how long their sushi is sitting there & discard them when time is up, you still don't know exactly when it was made. For the best taste, eat within 2 hours and don't keep beyond the 1st day. Although the shrimp and imitation crab is cooked, mayo goes bad easily. And better to seal well with cling wrap or in a ziplock bag as the takeaway container may not be airtight; there's lots of bacteria in any fridge that will get into exposed food.

It should keep 3-4 days at the top (coldest) of your fridge. The shrimp and crab are cooked so you can stand to keep it for a few days.

You shouldn't leave it in there for more than a day.

You should eat it right away. Sushi loses its "flavor" and freshness hours after being prepared.

A day or two if your fridge is colder than usual. Since your sushi is cooked, as long as it is refrigerated there shouldn't be an issue. If it was raw, then I wouldn't chance it past the first sitting.

no more than one day!!

check the date on the back

No more than a day ..then you might get sick.

Since you don't know when it was prepared, and you did not say how many hours it had been unrefrigerated, I'd say keep it in the coldest part of the fridge and finish it all within 24 hours of purchase.

i wouldn't eat it past tomorrow night.
