Naples is were it was first made for commercial purposes, but they had been making something similar to it since Roman time back 3-4 A.D

Everywhere in Italy, they make ttheir own version of pizza. Some are nothing more than a slab of flat dough with tomatoes, basil and mozzarela, others are complicated with different sauces. Some have seafood, others have sausages and meats.
pizza's from campania, especially from naples...... but you can find it everywhere!!!
