What is the best way to reheat coconut rice?!

Question: I brought home leftovers from a Thai restaurant tonight. I know that rice normally dries out in a fridge over night, so what is the best way to reheat this coconut rice so that it doesn't lose its coconut flavor but making it moist?

I usually reheat rice in a microwave. So it doesn't dry out, I place a damp paper napkin over the open container. It kind of "steams" the rice a bit. Don't over-heat the rice as it will get really dry.

I prefer to reheat things like this in a steamer, though I suppose you could use a microwave on low power setting

Coconut rice? where?! I want some!!

microwave it for 20 seconds wrapped in banana leaf

Microwave

microwave in a covered container on medium for 15 seconds. Check, and if still cold, stir, and repeat process.
