Best chinese food?!

Question: I am getting together with my friends this weekend, going for chinese food. I have only been to a chiense restaurant once (believe it or not!), and I ordered pork fried rice, which i love. I am looking for suggestions on a real exotic meal. I like everything, and I like hot and spicey, what should i order?

Best chinese food:-

Beef with Broccoli
Boiled Dumplings (Jiao Zi)
Braised Beef (Shanxi styple)
Chicken Chow Mein
Chicken Teriyaki
Chicken Wings in Five Spice
Egg Bubble Soup
General Tso's Chicken
Ginger Beef
Hot and Sour Soup
Kung Pao Chicken
Mongolian Beef
Mongolian Chicken
Orange Beef
Peking Duck
Pork and Bamboo Shoots
Quick-Fried Hot Diced Chicken
Salt and Pepper Spareribs
Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes
Sparerib Soup
Stewed Chicken Drumsticks
Sweet and Sour Pork
Twice-Cooked Pork
Vegetarian Chow Mein

please order sweet and sour chicken, its the best :)

For an appetizer, be sure to order a "pupu platter". Most good Chinese restaurants have them under appetizers. It's a round tray thing with a real mini flaming "grill" in the middle and it has an assortment of appetizers that you pierce with a stick and heat on the little grill.

I'm not sure about exotic, but if you like hot and spicy, order the kung pao chicken. Pair it with your pork fried rice and its a great meal. For an appetizer, I like fried shrimp dipped in sweet and sour sauce with hot mustard...YUM.

Dim-Sum and Peking Duck....

Something with black bean sauce.
