Answers: We have this culture fair thing at school where each club represents a country. In my opinion, I don't like it very much because such representations are lightly monitored and might be a bad representations of the country and its culture.

Coulibac (pastry filled with rice, salmon and vegetables)
Caviar and Blini (buckwheat pancakes)

Kapusta, a cabbage salad containing caraway seeds. It's a staple in Russian cuisine. Also, bread with salt.
