What are some traditional Russian foods?!

Question: We have this culture fair thing at school where each club represents a country. In my opinion, I don't like it very much because such representations are lightly monitored and might be a bad representations of the country and its culture.

However, that is beside the point. This year, we are doing Russia. I would like to know some traditional Russian Cuisine that we could serve. I don't mind the difficulty of preparation as we have plenty of time to practice the cooking.

anything with cabbage.
