Patagonian Toothfish

My family is from Chile. I grew up eating porotos granados. It's like a bean/corn/squash mixture that is often incorporated with pasta. I was told this is the national dish. I particularly don't like it--I prefer empanadas or pastel de choclo.

1) Pastel de Choclo
2) Charquican (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charquican)
3) Empanadas (meat, cheese, or seafood)
4) Congrio (chilean fish) with chilean salad (onions & tomatoes)
5) Humitas
