According to recipezaar.com, one prepares sesame chicken by cooking it in a Pam-sprayed pan and then douse it with a sauce. It states that a 168 gram serving has about 199 calories.
The problem with ordering the sesame chicken at a Chinese restaurant is this: you don't know how the chef prepares the chicken. He may toss in a bunch of oil while he cooks the chicken... of course you can assuage this problem by asking him to go light on the oil.
Else, if you are on a diet and must eat out, ask for STEAMED entrees with your brown rice. Steamed chicken with mixed vegetables is a pretty good bet (ask for the brown or garlic sauce on the side and use that sparingly). You can always sprinkle on sesame seeds on top if you have an yang for them.

Stay away from any type of stir fry because they use a lot of oil to fry the food at very high temps. Look for something that is steamed.
Get vegetable lo mein, any soup, and of course your fortune cookie. Rice is okay if your a high carb diet otherwise I would skip it.
brown rice is, but seasme chicken not so much. i reccomend getting vegatables and not use sauces, try to stay away from carbs.

As long as you avoid the dishes that are deep fried, Chinese food is pretty healthy if you get the NO MSG type.
Chicken's not really all that healthy--most of the time it's either fried using oil or deep fried. Try some tofu or veggies that aren't fried, just steamed.

If you're on a diet, you should probably avoid Chinese food altogether--most Chinese restaurants in the US make very heavy use of stir-frying and deep-drying. The latter, especially, will kill your diet.
If you must, though, order vegetarian dishes. They'll still be fried in oil, most likely, but it'll be a lower in fat than a meaty dish. Stay away from the noodles, as well--they're usually pan-fried in a ton of oil, which makes them a no-no.
You've already made an important step by choosing brown rice over white rice; now try some tofu and vegetables instead of chicken. Your diet will probably thank you.
In addition to this, be aware that most traditional Chinese desserts contain lard.

Order white chicken or Hainanese Chicken with plain white steamed rice. The soups would be filling and almost fat free. Fresh, not fried spring rolls. Steamed Dim Sum. Steamed fish. Steamed veggies seasoned with oyster sauce.
