When I was a child, just about every Sunday morning we had:
Lox & Bagels w/ the trimmings - cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, onion, cucumbers & black olives. .

Smoked salmon.

"Fishie with the eyes": smoked chub

Smoked sturgeon

At other times we had:

Corned beef, pastrami, salami, potato salad, cole slaw AND 1/2 sour pickles!

Latkes

Kosher hot dogs and knockwurst!

Homemade Gefilte fish with white horseradish

Baked chicken

Chicken soup with homemade matzoh balls.
[I like mine "heavy".]

Roasted brisket with roasted potatores and veggies in the same pan as the brisket.

Kasha & ties.

Kreplachs!!! The absolute best (meat filled dumpling). Jews don't have a whole lot of dessert recipes, but, coconut macaroons were always a favorite.

Jewish dishes come from the Germans and Polish so they got all their dishes from them.
