Answers: i have chuck steak, round steak, and flat iron steak

Flatiron....cook rare and slice thin! :-)

chicken.

Chicken works well.

round steak will do the trick

mmmmmmm, flat iron only cause it sounds like skirt

whats skirt steak?

I just use whatever meat i have

Flat iron would work the best, the others work better for longer cooking times.

any that is thin. Cut it against the grain to make it more tender. Yummy fajitas are good.

flat iron steak will work the best, make thin diagonal slices (on the bias) against the grain.... this will give you a more tender final product.

lol...beef advice from a Hindu!

I had fajitas last night they are great with boneless chicken breasts!

beef or chicken

Anything with work in fajitas chicken is good so is crab meat. Since you only have a few things i would use the flat iron steak. Good luck to you.

Use the flat iron steak. Undercook it a little and let it sit for 15 minutes before you slice it thin against the grain. This will keep it juicy and delicious.

If you must have beef, then use the round. Cut into 1/2 inch steaks, then pound thin to tenderize.

Remember that you can make fajitas also with chicken. Another meat that works well and is tender and juicy is pork tenderloin.

Filet Mignon should due well for you. How ever skirt will do very well also. This suggestion might be intresting to you;sprikle some crushed chicken boullion on while cooking. Wish I were there!

Use what you have. That is the only way you will know whether it works or not. I prefer chicken myself.
