What exactly is taboule?!

Question: My mom bought some for me and I cooked it up. I haven't eaten it yet though, I just wanted to know what type of grain it was and how many calories are in it. A guesstimate is fine... On the box though, it didn't exactly say how many calories were in it.
Any bit of information's appreciated.

It's made with bulgur wheat and you add chopped parsley, chopped tomato, lemon juice and olive oil. I like to scoop it up with pita bread.

Taboule itself is made of wheat (the grains) tomato, olive oil, cucumber and mint, it's very healthy.
It's mediterranean.
As for the calories, I woudn't be able to know. But, I know it's healthy =)

A middle eastern (Lebanese?) salad. Love it.

I like recipe with bulgar wheat, lots of tomatoes, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, dash of ground coriander, salt, pepper, olive oil.
