Mine is this soup:::

:::Chicken Tortilla Soup:::
Yummy Mexican chicken soup that is super easy, just dump the ingredients in the crock pot and let it cook! It is delicious!

2 cans chicken broth/stock
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes (can use another can of crushed if you don't like chuncks or vice versa)
1 can whole corn kernels
1 can black beans
1 small can green chilis (optional to taste)
1 14oz can enchilada sauce
1 small onion (diced)
2-3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
3 teaspoons cumin
3 teaspoons chili powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1.5 lbs chicken (cut into pieces and cooked, I use breasts, but any meat will do, sometimes I use leftover meat from a whole chicken and just shred it up... whatever I have on hand really. Sometimes I even make it with beef!)

I garnish with sourcream, cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.

I just dump all of this in the slowcooker and let it go for a few hours, sometimes I need to add a little extra chicken stock, depending on how thick it is, this is kind of one of those recipes I add to every time... =]

every recipe i have is in my head. i can recall any recipe after making it 2 times.

Mine is my potato salad. It's a recipe that my mom taught me. I make it for the family holidays and everyone tries to get the recipe. My step-mom kept asking me for it and I just kept telling sorry family secret. So now she tries to make a knock off version of mine and my husband and even my dad won't eat her potato salad cause it just doesn't taste like the one I make.

i once saw jonathon ross's brother.......sad eh

Been kissed by Rolf Harris. Taught to tune my guitar by the bassis out of the Spiders from Mars (and Uriah Heep). Seen over 700 bands live. And I can make a really good Quorn rogan josh.

My hubby can't get over the fact that I always have just enough pie filling whether I'm cooking for 2 or 202

I can cook cakes , cookies, breads, anything others can cook in an oven, I do outside on a grill. It is better than most inside food

Chili Relleno casarole>

Mmm? I think you might find.....my bf makes THE best Thai curry EVER!!....

Back to your question....in my case...it's a yummy chocolate cake.

My claim to fame is lasagna , my friends tell me its the best they have ever had. Ilearned to cook at the age of 14 and have been cooking ever since. Now Im 54 and I still love to cook.

Chicken Chipotle Tostadas!!

I make a pretty mean Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani and also Gulab Jamun from scratch (no Gits packet!).

You are most welcome to join me for "khana" (meal) anytime!

Everyone reckons I'm a great cook but I don't see it myself, food always tastes better when someone else makes it, but their are a few goodies that mum taught me and I've just added my extras, Macaroni cheese with bacon and veges, very easy to make and yummy, bacon spaghetti, spinach fritatta and the one everyone gets me to make for their parties are quiches, ham and asparagus, ham and veg., chicken and veg, etc., my family and friends are always at me to make them, they buy ingredients or give me the money to get them and make them, so I suppose it would be quiche!

My claim to fame is that I dare to make peculiar sounding recipes. Believe it or not, curried chicken and banana soup is good!
