Last time I was in a Chinese restaurant the chicken I ordered was really chewy. I called the waiter over and said "This chicken is rubbery". He said "Rubbery ? oh Fang you velly much !!"

Singapore Rice Noodles!!! Lots of yummy curry! Shrimp and Chicken with onions and carrots and celery all in the pot with these lovely thin noodles. Did I mention the Curry?
