Really, who doesn't want to go to Italy? On Saturdays and Sundays on TV there are a bunch of cooking shows on, and lots of them are Itallian. (I find these on PBS but I don't know what kind of TV channels you get...). You can also go to/call Itallian restaurants (Olive Garden etc.) and ask about recipies and techniques. Have fun cooking.

"I" suggest you stay in school...
Wanna is not a real word (slang) and mutch well..
Check spelling is in the upper right >- >-
Where are you now???
How old are you???
What is your cooking experience???
Remember Internships,, Hospitals,, Schools,,, Jails,, Hotels . ? .?
Fast food's does not help,,, but ..
You will most likely need $10,000 + for your move and rent and just live..
You will need to have the Tuition also.. but work (may) be part of the school....
Good luck

I am not sure as to where you live but where I am from you can work and live in certain EU countries for up to one year on a working visa if you are between 18 and I think 30y.Try heading over there and getting a job somewhere, restaurant, bar or even on some sort of farm doing fruit picking or the like or as a dish pig/kitchen hand. Like anywhere the cities are expensive but stick to the less populated areas.
