In what dishes can I use kimchi in?!

Question: I've got a lot of Kimchi in my fridge and I wanted to know what I could use them for? I just usually use them for nigiri and snacking, but I thought I'd ask for some recipe ideas.

1. Plain old rice and kimchi
2. Kimchi stew--kimchi, water, and meat boiled into a soup. Traditionally called "kimchi chigae"
3. Fry up the kimchi and rice in a pan..It's a delicious kimchi fried rice.
3. As a condiment on the side with foods like pizza and spaghetti
4. Host a korean dinner and have it as a side dish

I love "REAL" kimchi as a relish on burgers.
When I say real, Im not talking any crap you get from the grocery store. I only like the 100% buried in the ground to ferment Korean kimchi

Thanks for planting kimchi in my head - 6 hrs later. I went and bought the ingredients and going to attempt to make my own using the following link as a guide (no fruit used though)http://www.treelight.com/health/nutritio...

I put it on hamburgers. delicious!

what do you mean snacking on kimchi? I can never eat kimchi just by itself. Well, you can make kimchi fried rice with spam, which is my favorite. And you can also make kimchi buchingae, which is a korean pancake. and most commonly you can make kimchi chigae, which is kimchi stew.
