Is it possible to keep falafel crispy?!

Question: I love falafel, but I don't want to have to fry/bake it up, each time fresh... but I want it to be crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, still. Is there some way to store it that won't make it go soggy?

Thank you, in advance, for your help.

Unfortunately, once they're cooked they will soften once cooled. To store, freeze them with parchment paper in between or keep in the fridge.
Then just put them in the oven on 350 for about 10 minutes when you want to eat them. They'll crisp up nicely on the outside.

Use many filo dough, wrap them one by one in parchment and wax paper, on wire rack in a cookie pan, then cover with another cookie pan, cook. After, remove right away the 2 cookie pans, put your falafel on the wire rack to cool. After, unwrap all of them and rewrap in parchment paper only, one by one, no plastic bag, then freeze. To eat; defrost, and put them in the oven for a few minutes till golden!
Save one for me!!!
