Who would like to know how to cook rice peas and chicken?!

cook it regularly, so no..thanks, bet yours aint as good as mine. do you put food with your rice and peas, do you use gunga peas or kidney peas, do you use the juice of the pea for the flavour of the rice, do you add cream coconut.....(no one else does anymore) what hard food do you put with it? and how you doing your chicken, stewed, curried or jerked?
