its delicious, tastes like hard boiled egg but with a different texture, just dip it in a chili vinegar mixture with a little salt and then munch away. it does not taste bad.

those whose say it taste bad is probably only psychological in nature, imagine you will be eating a duck embryo, anyway it is always eaten cooked so there is no harm to your health, however if you will not eat it moderately, your bad cholesterol level may rise.
