Why does spicy food go through me like a Porsche?!
Answers: my husband is the same, but we find that if he has a cheese sandwich before we go for a spicy meal it helps no end (dry bread and block cheese)

Depends on how its cooked and ingredients. Most spices are very very good for you. I cant understand why you are getting a porche reaction.

Depends which spices you're eating, however beware the warming papasavins and other 'hot' long chain 'pepper' spices. They'll inflame the gut and so expulsion (Porsche like) results!
