I'm not vegetarian, but I'd consider a vegetarian restaurant, or maybe a menu with lots of vegetarian entrees, and the rest nothing but healthy choices, but worthy of gourmet tastebuds. I'd go as "green" as possible and offer only organic foods. I can't think off the cuff of a name. I'd want it to be a small and friendly and casual atmosphere. There would only be a wine and beer license. I'd serve a small selection of wines, and specialty beers only from micro-breweries.

I would call it Portnoy's (after a friend of mine who passed) and i'd serve comfort food.

Mikes Soup Kitchen and Gourmet Dinning....

My menu would contain a special page to order weeks in advance that would come from > >

?

My restaurant would serve any kind of food you could want. Not stupid things like monkey brains but normal food.
I would call my restaurant SIERRA'S TODOS UNIDOS.......

I'd open a restaurant that serves a rather eclectic menu, taking advantage of locally grown, organic, seasonal foods.

I haven't come up with a name yet.

i would make it a north european cuisine one, for some reason these dishes are forgotten, but hearty

I don't know what I would name it but it would serve country style French food. All the recipes my grandma brought to the US and use to cook for me growing up. Crepes, Madelines, French mac and cheese. Mmmmm.

I would like to have a fusion restaurant and I would call it Global 360.

Hi,

I would love to open my own restaurant. I would name it
Basilica Bistro. I would serve Greek and Italian Dishes.

I would call it, "The Fat Hog." It would serve comfort food like ribs and southern style barbecue. It would have a rotund pig standing on it's hind legs wearing a chef's uniform and toque as the mascot.
