Kimchee can last for years. It's essentially pickled, so as long as you would keep a jar of dill pickles, i.e. until it's all eaten.
As long as the bottle is sealed it would last days.
An exact time frame I couln't give...but I would say weeks...It is made with a vinegar base isn't it? Vinegar is a natural preservative.
check experation date. could still be good
It has already been pickled so it should be fine but if you have any concerns about food safety then just get rid of it and get a new jar.
