None of these spices are "spicy". Cinnamon and clove are sweet. Cilantro is aromatic and cumin is smoky.
None of those are spicy (as in hot) and cilantro isn't even a spice (as in 'ground up flavoring agent.)

PS: When you say "spicy" try to clarify if you mean Hot or flavor
If you concentrate the cinnamon, like by putting a tablespoon or more in tea, you will find that it gets hot (like red-hot cinnamon candy). I haven't tried it, but I don't think any of those other spices gets hot like cinnamon.
