Do you prefer food that is known to be mostly eaten by americans or other countries?!

Question: I am curious and not picky and I LOVE tasting other peoples cooking, no matter where its from. I prefer not to know what it is in it until after I taste so I can give unbiased opinion.

I like all kinds. Just a hint, American (U.S.) cuisine is mostly a mix or is influenced by just about every culture in the world.

I am not sure I understand your question fully, but no -- I prefer to eat food that I enjoy (not what Americans eat). When I visit a foreign country, I would like to try dishes and specialities of that country. I dont really understand why people visit foreign countries and seek out McD's, Pizza Hut, KFCs..... that defeats the whole purpose of traveling!

I love trying new foods, so that's why I prefer foods from other countires

Mexican food is delicious.

I've traveled the world and do like to samle the local cuisine as long as its not too exotic, weird or gross!!!

American food influences can be found worldwide,
ie: McDonalds, Pizza Hut, KFC, Dunkin Donuts, Wendy's ,etc...

the only question: do i like it? who cares where it comes from or who's eating it?

the funny thing is that there are few truly american dishes, since we have so many immigrants
turkey, squash, corn, beans, wild rice, tomatoes are "American" crops
I like all kinds of food.!
