Well, if you ate it twice a day for a year; yea it might harden an artery or two. Every now and then some tempura is actually good for you!

No better or worse for you than any other fried food.

Well probably since isn't tempura fried?

just exersise it off and you'll be fine

Tempura is fried, so the crunchy outside is full of fat. But still delicious!

yeah. its like deep fried in oil. what do you suspect?

No it's fine for you if you eat it in moderation just like anything else.

love tempura.. why would you even think it is bad for you.
love veg. and shrimp. with soy & wasabi dipping sauce
so good I am hungry now.

who cares it's delicious lol ;)

If it's taken fornightly, it's okay.

It's not that bad. It's only bad if they reused the oil for frying again and again and again and again...

Is not a problem for you .. if you are in "s-m" size..

What I know.. went we people in size "L-above" they always
said that tempura is not good for us. That the 1st phase went we wanna start the diets.

Maybe.. it's was deep fried. And it's so crispy that you can say "No" and can't stop until it to late.

But I'll love it. Very2 much. See... it's to late

It's no worse for you than any other fried food. Just eat it in moderation and you should be fine. At least it's fried healthy vegetables/seafood instead of fried meat.

It is fried food and how bad depends on the type of oil used. Also as an occasional treat not too bad but not good for you if you eat it every day
