How should I store fresh Brinjal and fresh chillis, also fresh ginger root?!

Question: brinjal (eggplant) can be stored in your vegetable crisper drawer.

my mom wraps the ginger and chilis in dry paper towels first and then stores them in separate ziplocs in the vegetable crisper drawer, they last for ages that way. mom always knows best!

I keep mine in the salad draw of my fridge and they keep fine in there.

I chop the ginger into little bits, pop it into a pot and stuff it in the freezer ,it'll keep for ever that way. I love ginger but always ended up throwing most of it away when I kept it in the fridge. Fresh chillies I keep 'em in the bottom of the fridge, it would be easy to roast and dry the little chaps but I've never bothered.

i keep all in the fridge, but i usually grate my ginger and put it in the freezer in a ziploc bag. i usually smash it flat inside the bag and then freeze it, so by the time i need to use it, i jus break off a piece and pop it in whatever im cooking.

I cut my ginger into the sizes I normally use, then freeze it. I would freeze my chillies in the same way, but I don't use them often.

In a small paper bag, in the shelf of the door of the fridge! I do this all the time.
