They don't taste bad to people who like them, but although I love them in Caesar Salad dressing, I hate them on pizza.

no anchovies are yummy on pizza! they melt in your mouth.

Stereotype. The only thing is they are extremely salty, which mellows as they cook.

Its all up to the person eating the pizza. Lol some like it and some dont. If you're curious you should try it.

They are something that has a distinctive taste,,A little fishy,,I myself cant stand them, but my husband does,,,NO kisses that night!!!!

i guess its more of a stereotype.

i think that anchovies are an acquired taste.

I love them.
Pizza Napoletana

The only problem is that you get thirsty.

I have only tried it once....on a date, no less! Took a bite, eyes teared up trying not to spit it out. My experience was a 'squish' in the mouth when I bit down. So for me it was not a good experience. However, there are many other recipes that I do like them in....they tend to melt when cooked correctly.

Don't ever marry someone who likes anchovies on her pizza.

taste is very subjective.

personally, I do not like the taste of anchovies, on pizza or otherwise

Stereotype - they are really delicious

Hey dude Anchovies are great on pizza they are really salty but I like them on pizza , and greek salad they arent as fishy as some folks think

My aunt always order it on the side

Stereotype - just like brussel sprouts, sardines and liver. It's also a matter of personal preference. For me, anchovies is a little too salty as a pizza topping. I prefer anchovies on puttanesca

Oh my gosh! I craved anchovies on pizza so much when I was pregnant and they taste great. They are very salty. You may want to rinse them before putting them on a pizza if you don't want a lot of salt. Add some green olives and anchovies to a thin crust pizza and you have the most delicious pizza ever! Yum!

Enjoy!

I always buy canned anchovies....I love them on my pizza....pizza with onion, green pepper, black olives and anchovies is my favorite....you should try them.
