It's REALLY GOOD! Very spicy and earthy tasting, and It is typically quite hot!
It is alot of different spices, It has Allspice, cloves, Scotch bonnets (one of the hottest peppers if not the hottest) scallions, nutmeg, thyme, cimmamon.... And I cant really think of anything else... But it is REALLY good! If you are making it yourself.... and arent a big fan of HOT stuff, I'd HIGHLY recommend not using very much of the hot pepper, OR maybe substituting one that is not so hot.
Sweet and VERRRRRRY hot and spicy.
It's delish on grilled pork or chicken.
It's excellent on b-b-q chicken!
down side - the after effects ! it burns leaving your "system"!
