Answers: I always serve beans, rice, salsa, guacamole, sourcream, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Beans, mexican rice, chips and salsa!

Rice, beans, chopped lettuce , tomatoes, and avocado.

I'm in Mexico and they usually serve rice and re fried beans with Enchiladas and of course flour tortillas.

Frijoles Negras and arroz con queso

Rice & Beans,,,either refried or refried black beans,,And top them off with cheese and sour cream,,,,yummmy, this catagory is making me hungry!!!

Easy, the basic spanish rice and refried beans. Then for dessert maybe fried ice cream

beans and rice.

whatever you want the ones we make we just put some of that mexican cream on top of them and thats all but you can eat them with other things i guess!

Get a can of whole pinto beans and heat them, mash them, and add cheese (provolone is good) and put lid on till it melts.
Spanish rice...add 1 cup of rice to 1tbsp of olive oil in pan heated low..add chopped onions and garlic...2 1/2 cups of water with some chicken bouillon..bring to a roiling boil..add cumin, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion salt..lower heat to simmer and add lid...cook for 15-20 min..

Warm some tortillas

If it's a rice and bean enchilada I'd serve a salad. If it's a cheese enchilada I'd serve rice and beans on the side. Chips and salsa go great too. Sweet corn is good too. I'm getting hungry.

Try this: Whole kernal corn made on the stove top. Throw in some mild diced green chili, onion salt and minced garlic for flavor. Before you remove from heat toss in a handful of cheddar or oaxacan cheese. MMMMMMMmmmmmm....
