Depends on what kind of noodles. Ramen, I'd go with Beef or Spicy. But I think that Asian noodles are the BEST! You'd find a HUGE selection at the Asian Markets and my favorite ones are Hot and Spicy Seafood Neoguri... I think that's how its spelled.
Aw man, I LOVE noodles! Udon especially, and lo mein, and those thick rice noodles with meat in the middle that you can get at dim sum...

1) Vietnamese pho - beef stock rice noodles with onion slices, beef slices, bean sprouts, basil, green onions
2) Cantonese wonton noodles - shrimp wonton soup with egg noodles
3) Japanese Cha Soba - cold green tea noodle serve with wasabi soy sauce and seaweed
4) Different kinds of Chow mein - Cantonese, Pekingnese, Japanese, Shangainese, ...!
5) Sichuan Dan Dan Mein
6) Miso Ramen
7) Pasta - in any flavours...!!!!!!

Love 'em. There are so many yummy ways to eat noodles. Spaghetti sauce, teryaki sauce, melted butter - about the only thing I really do not like is alfredo sauce.
