Can someone tell me what this dessert is called?!

Question: I went to a japanese stroll garden in my city a while ago and they were selling these cakes or maybe cookies I don't know. They were sweet, round, filled with bean curd, and covered with a powder. Can someone tell me what they might have been and where I could possbly buy them? They were so tasty and I want to tast it again!

if the outside was soft and chewy, then is must've been mochi.
BUT if the outside was more "cookie" or "pie crust" like, then it may have been another japanese dessert called MANJU!

Maybe Mochi?

They are simply just sweet japanese rice cakes with red bean paste! called daifuku....

you can find them at any japanese store =)

is it Maybe Mochi

Moochi...yum!
My mom buys them in Japanese grocery stores
