Sushi fans?!

Question: Next time I go to the sushi bar I want to try something new. I don't really like spicy things, but that's pretty much it. Any suggestions?

not sure what you have already tried, but I also don't like anything spicey and would recommend the california (crab, avacado, cucumber, rice) and philadelphia rolls (cream cheese, salmon, rice, cucumber)

Smoked Sake or the Masago....those are my favorites.....esp the Masago......i want some now.

I love susie!!!!!! Its sooo yummy! I like the smoked salmon from phuket!! Its the BEST!!!

Once I tried this one it had cheese in it but its really good. I also love california rolls and the kind with orange fish eggs in it.

Oh my gosh, do I love sushi. I personally like anything with avacado. I also like rolls with yellow tail, salmon, tuna. Anything is great, I suggest you ask your waiter whats there favorite, or if there is a sushi bar, ask the chief whats there personal favorite, they always have a great choice. Good luck, have fun dining, :), Sadye (age 15)

You can always search the different types of sushi available and select from the menu. Its good to be a informed consumer, especially when it comes to what goes in your mouth.

Generally, its raw fish and rice, covered in seaweed -- good for you skin --. But today, there are several different types available in the USA and internationally.

You can have vegetarian sushi as well. This is made of seaweed, various seeds, avacado, various solid fruits, and raw rice.

Try the uni

aviod tuna, try salmon!

Coca-Cola - crazy new brand. All the kids are trying it these days.

you have not said what you have tried- so hard to answer, but I'll tell you that Live Scallops are amazing- usually on special, thin sliced with a slice of lime- so good, I am hooked!

Sashimi (sushi is rice- research it) can be bought as a sampler in most reputable establishments. The chef will also give recomendations for each day! (at a reputable establishment - which is a suggestion to only visit)
I recommend Toro, yellow tail, and sea urchin. Ill throw squid in there as well. Some items are seasonal though!

Remember it should never smell like fish!

I only like California rolls w/ wasabi and soy sauce, yum!!!

my favorites are
caterpillar roll
and i love eel
it is sweet and delicious
tempura rolls are good also
but i just love shushi.....

salmon and cream cheese...OMG!!

I love Sushi because I am Japanese.
