What's the least fattening meal to have in an Indian restaurant?!

Question: There are lots of low fat meals available at any Indian restaurant: try the Tandoori, tikka and kebabs. They are just marinated and grilled chicken, fish, shrimp, lamb, veggies or paneer.

Tandoori naans and tandoori rotis are baked flatbreads, just request no butter or ghee be added. The dals, veggie and paneer dishes are healthy (at least when made at home), you can request that these items be made without using ghee or butter.

South Indian cuisine has alot of healthy options like idlis and dosas. Idlis are steamed lentil patties and dosas are thin lentil crepes.

Well Slimmers World and Weight watchers recommend Tandoori Chicken With Salad

drink water. have rice or salad or for protein go for grilled chicken. also the hotter the spice the less you eat for some people.

Vegetarian dishes use a lot of legumes (beans, chickpeas, lentils) flavored with spice but only a little fat.

Aside from rice and water, you could try: daal, aloo gobi, raita and tandoori shrimp/chicken/fish.
