The clams need strong back: dig a six foot square and three foot deep hole in sand; layer with seaweed; load with timber; light on fire and allow to charcoal; layer in clams over hot coals; more seaweed; cover with sand and mark pit extremities to avoid burns; allow to cook overnight; dig up steamed clams and enjoy!
enchilada pie........instead of rolling them out in a pan, layer them........ohhhhh !!!! I just love them that way. be sure to top it with plenty of cheese or left over filling. fattening but gooooooodddd !!
