The last six are present in trace quantities.

cooked rice
beef
chicken
shrimp
pork
egg
onions
bean sprouts
peas
carrots
scallions/spring onions
soy sauce
salt
pepper
oil or butter
sesame seeds
crushed red chili flakes
mushrooms
cilantro
garlic

Everyone makes them differently, so I may miss out on some of the things you use, and the other way around.
I find if you use too many most are a waste as you can't taste them, unless you are a Master Chef.

I put:
rice
bacon
egg
green onion

YUMMO!
