Question: I bought some of this frozen. It says to serve chilled, but it doesn't say whether I need to cook it first. Do I just defrost it until cold and serve? Thanks for the help.

It doesn't need to be cooked, just thawed. Best way would be to let it defrost in refrigerator for better flavor. If you are in a hurry, you can also defrost in the microwave.
