Question: casserol - tumeric, meat <i think mum used lamb?>, chick peas, corriander, potatos...can't remember much else in it...
spinach rice - spinach cooked in the rice with some other stuff added into it.

I know they eat Fuul (like a humous made from fava beans, olive oil and lemon juice) with flat bread for breakfast.
