An easy alcohol-free Panama recipe?!

Question: hi, i need to make a food or drink that is native to Panama. however, we're all under 21, so it can't be an alcoholic drink. also, i live in Wisconsin, so it's preferable if the recipe has easy to buy things for this time of year, preferablly bananas. and as far as i know, no need to worry about food-allergies.
