Kufta - It's a sort of grilled meatball thing. They take a mixture of ground beef with some ground lamb and load it with spices and onions and then put it on a skewer and grill it. Mmmm, mmmm, tasty
grilled octopus, saganaki, kefta, horiatiki salad, fresh home made pita, taramasalata....
All Greek food is good. I like spanikopita, chicken kebabs, lemon chicken orzo soup........
