What are some examples of countries that have a McDonalds menu item specific to that country?!

Question: I've been searching the internet for about an hour and I can't find anything. If you can tell me either around 3 menu items answering my question (with a source) or tell me how to find the answer myself, the 1st person to answer satisfactorily will be guaranteed 10 points and 5 stars.
