What is the healthiest thing to order at Benihana?!
Answers: I dont know what to order there that will be really healthy for me.
Do they have sushi? (we don't have a benihana, but we do have a similar restaurant which has sushi on the menu.) If so the order sashimie (sp?). If not have the fish or veggies (not the lobster) with out the sauce (too much sugar and salt.) Stick with tea or water to drink instead of a fruity or alcoholic drink.
