good question! but luckily ive made this before! and i figured out that because the fried bananas mix with the cold ice cream, it ACTUALLY brings out there flavor of the banana and makes the fried banana and ice-cream taste SOO much better!

So go for it! TRUST ME! it will taste delicous! try maybe putting some chocolate or strawberry syrup on top of your ice cream.

I prefer the bananas to be served freshly made and warm with the ice cream but I cant think of any food preperation reason why it wouldnt work. maybe try a scoop of icecream first with one fried banana as an experiment and go from there.

better if the fried bananas are fersh and warm.. i.e. bananas foster, my fave!

I believe so, don't forget the whip cream and cin.

yes it is as long as the banana isnt to fatty from frying and use plantains instead of ordinary bananas. but dont fridgerate bananas has they can go brown to quickly even if they are cooked.

Why not remove the icecream, micro the banana for 30 secs, then re-add the icecream, ( solve all your problems)..

Its better when the banana is still warm..

It wont taste the same if its been refrigerated.

It taste better hot but it'll still taste like a treat when refrigerated.
