Can anyone help me out with a menu for a Quinceanera and the importance of the food?!
Answers: Need information for a project.
Nowadays, the food doesnt need to be Mexican --- you could serve Sushi or an Indian buffet!
But the traditional Mexican foods would be:
mole, pico de gallo, tortillas, bistec (steak), arroz (rice), frijoles (beans), tripas (pig intestines), picadillo (ground beef dish), cabrito (baby goat)
Sweets:
Arroz con leche (rice pudding), pan de polvo (really yummy cookies), flan, the brithday cake would be a "tres leches" cake or a three milks cake.
can you tell us from which country-all Latin countries who celebrate this have different foods(i can give you the Cuban one)
